We are on the lookout for an accomplished Business Development Lead to accelerate our growth and expand our clientele in the IT industry. The right candidate should have a solid foundation in B2B sales, lead generation, strategic partnerships, and consultative selling of IT products and services. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue targets..
Qualification:
Minimum of 5 + years of demonstrated sales experience in the IT industry, with strong focus on Cloud technologies and exposure to AI technology sales is an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities
- 1. Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals. Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure profitable outcomes for both the client and the company.
- 2. Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s services and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- 3. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing accounts.
- 4. Identify and target potential clients in IT, AI, and emerging tech markets.
5.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase the organizations services
6. Travel across domestic and international markets to explore new business opportunities
7. Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to drive business success.
8. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and proposals effectively
9. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
10. Understand client needs, offer tailored IT solutions, and provide consultative sales support.
11. Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract closure.
12. Collaborate with technology partners, vendors, and industry associations to expand business opportunities.
13. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
14. Leverage digital channels like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and webinars to generate leads.
15. Work with the technical and pre-sales teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
Skills
- ✔ Experience: 5+ years in IT sales, business development, or related roles.

- ✔ Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI, or enterprise software.

- ✔ Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B IT sales and a Independent Contributor to the team.

- ✔ Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation, persuasion, and negotiation and communication skills.

- ✔ Client Management: Ability to build long-term relationships and provide value-based solutions.

- ✔ Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, digital sales strategies, and lead generation techniques
- ✔ Having experience in hosting webinars and delivering public speeches is a significant advantage.
